1. I want to find out about / get more details / buy a track I heard on Radio 2. What do I do?


Tracklistings for individual shows are available on this website. To check which show you were listening to, please use our schedule, here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio2/programmes/schedules

Once you know the show you can then find the playlist for that day (which can be found under Shows and Tracklistings on each presenter's page) on the menu on the upper right hand side of each show's home page.
On our tracklistings pages, you can find further information about tracks you hear. For each track, you can find the title, the artist, the relevant album and the record label it can be found on.

2. How can I re-listen to a show I’ve heard on Radio 2?


You can listen again to almost any Radio 2 programme for 7 days after broadcast on the iPlayer: http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/

3. Podcasts: What are they? Where can I download them? Why aren't all shows available?

4. I’m having problems listening to Radio 2 live over the internet; is there a problem?

7. How do I request a song or get a message read out on air?


Contact the show you want the song/message played/read on directly! They won't bite!  Ways of contacting the show can be found on the show’s/presenter’s homepage. Some shows will have phone lines dedicated to taking your requests; others need you to text or email in. 
Shows receive a lot of requests for messages to be read out on air, so we can’t guarantee that all requests will be used.

8. I've heard a lot about digital radio. What is it and how do I get one?


Like digital television, digital radio offers more services and a signal free of interference. There are a number of ways to get BBC digital radio: With a DAB digital radio set, via digital television or on the internet. Find out more from the BBC Digital website .

9. I can’t hear your station using my digital radio. Why not?


You can get Information about ways to listen to digital radio on the   digital radio help site   or on the  DAB help page

10. How do I apply for work experience at Radio 2?


To apply for all placements you should go to the  BBC work experience website and complete an application form online. Please include as much information as possible about your interests in Radio and the media and it's important to show some knowledge of Radio 2's programmes.
