Digital terrestrial TV – Multiplexes after switchover

Digital terrestrial TV (DTT) is broadcast in multiplexes. A multiplex is a group of channels that are all broadcast on the same frequency. There are six multiplexes in the UK that carry all of the digital TV channels and radio stations.

The multiplexes, channel numbers and channel names are listed below. These apply in regions that have gone through digital switchover. The multiplex names and some of the channel locations are different before switchover - see Multiplexes before switchover .

Channels in the 700s are radio stations. Most channels are free to view or listen. Channels marked with an asterisk * are pay channels.
