Tronji World FAQ's

Error code: 001:003 - What does this mean?

If multiple users sign up for Tronji World accounts on the same computer only the account that downloaded will work.
To get a second user account to work you will need to do the following:
Click on "TRONJI WORLD" above
Login with the CBBC member name you're having problems with
Run the machine test
Then follow the links to downlaod tronji
Once it starts downloading you are ok to cancel it
You should now be able to login to TRONJI WORLD normally!

Error code: 002:006 - What does this mean?

This means your game client (game version) is out of date. You need to leave the game and come back so it can download the new version via the auto-update, or you need to download and install the game.

Error code: 003:008 - What does this mean?

You can get this error if two people try to use the same CBBC member name at the same time.
To get a second user account to work you will need to do the following:
Click on "TRONJI WORLD" above
Click 'become a member' to make a new name for the second player
Run the machine test
Then follow the links to downlaod tronji
Once it starts downloading you are ok to cancel it
You should now be able to login to TRONJI WORLD normally!

I get the following error message- FAILURE: Unable to get host information for server (gethostbyname() failed with error 11004)

1. Check that you are properly connected to the internet.
2. Double check that your firewall is not blocking the communication to our Auto-update server.
