When is the promotion open until?

The promotion is open until the 9th of November.

What will it cost me?

Texts to shortcode 8222 will be free of charge during the Promotion.

What happens if it doesn't work?

BBC cannot accept any liability for failure or delay receiving the wallpaper.

Will it work on all handsets?

The wallpaper might not be available or retrievable from certain mobile handsets.

Do I need to ask my parents permission?

Please obtain parent or guardian's consent.

Can I take the wallpaper and use it for commercial purposes?

The wallpaper cannot be used for any commercial purpose and no intellectual property can be claimed over it.

In what circumstances will my request be turned down?

No third party, automated or bulk requests are allowed. The BBC may in its sole discretion refuse to process a request if any individual tampers with the request process.

Who many wallpapers are available?

A limited number of wallpapers are available. You may not receive a mobile wallpaper if stocks have been exhausted.

How many times can I download it?

Only one mobile wallpaper per mobile number is permitted.

If I live outside the UK can I download the wallpaper?

The wallpaper is available to mobile users with a connection to United Kingdom short codes.

Will the promotion ever change?

The BBC reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time.

Will the BBC keep hold of my details?
