Vote: Should school animals be killed for food?

Lambs at a school in Kent

Pupils in Kent have decided to kill a lamb that they raised on the farm at their school.

Marcus has been sent to be slaughtered and will be turned into meat joints by a butcher.

The school council were the ones to make the decision on whether Marcus was saved or not. Their head teacher thinks they will learn a lot from having the farm animals.

So have they made the correct decision?
