There is no information to suggest any of the six people who were killed in a fire in south-east London were particularly targeted, police have said.
Ch Supt Wayne Chance said the fire was being treated as suspicious because the cause was not yet known.
He said it was thought the seat of the fire was inside a flat on the ninth floor, but the 11th floor was also badly affected, and others lower down in the building also suffered.
