A man who saw people trying to escape a fire at a block of flats in Camberwell, south London has said he does not think the fire brigade knew what it was doing.
He said a man trapped in the burning tower block was trying to throw down a baby, and that people were left "in the smoke for maybe another hour, hour-and-a-half".
